The aims and objectives of the Association are as follows:
| i) |
To protect the rights and interest of the owners of Miami Green Resort Condominium (hereinafter referred to as “the Members”) |
| ii) |
To represent the Members as a body to discuss and to solve problems and seek improvements with the relevant authorities. |
| iii) |
To represent the Members as a body to discuss and to solve problems and seek improvement with the developer – Trans-Intan Sdn Bhd, Company No. 301250-V (hereinafter to as “the Developer”) and/or its agent, nominee and/or duly appointed management company of Miami Green Resort Condominium. |
| iv) |
To foster good relationship and exchange of ideas among Members. |
| v) |
To assist Members in the maintenance and upkeep of their resort condominium. |
| vi) |
To improve the quality of life by: |

(a) cultivating civic consciousness; |
| |
(b) encouraging integration between different racial and social groups through education, cultural. Recreational and social activities. |
| vii) |
To promote and conduct economic activities which are beneficial to the members. |
| viii) |
To oversee the conduct of the Developer at the common area and to monitor the use of common facilities by the Developer of Miami Green Resort Condominium. |
